Shipping

We ship Australia wide and to most countries worldwide by airmail. We normally use Australia post as our carrier.  Fully insured shipping is provided for all orders. 

All products that are displayed on our site are in stock. This means you will get your order quickly as we can ship immediately. Some sellers sell stock they don't have. They then need to order the stock in or manufacturer the product before they can fulfil your order. This can add 3 days to 4 weeks onto their delivery times.

Most orders are dispatched the same day or the next working day. All items are packed well to prevent breakage.

Within Australia: 2-5 working days
New Zealand: 3-7 working days
Outside of Australia: 7-12 working days (normally quicker)

If you not satisfied with your item for any reason, we will refund the item sale price.  We don’t charge re-stocking fees but we are unable to refund the original or return freight cost. If the item has a manufacturer’s defect, as assessed by us within the warranty period, we will either; repair the item, replace the item, issue a store credit or offer a refund.

How to Return an Item

Please log onto your account and then select the item to be returned.  Once you have completed the return request form we will email you further instructions to complete the return (normally within 24 hrs). You can log onto your account here.

Items returned without a “returns number (RMA number)” will be returned to sender.
