We prefer to process credit cards using DirectOne Payment Solutions but also can process cards by Paypal or accept payments from buyers with Paypal accounts. When you confirm your order, you will be redirected to a secure page hosted by the card processor you chose. You will then enter your credit card details here. We do not store any credit card data on our servers or have any access to this information.

DirectOne Payment Solutions provides a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the internet. Confidential information including credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted, from your browser, to the banking network using industry standard SSL 128 Bit encryption.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on the internet or on Amadora Jewellery's servers. The only company who has access to this data is our merchant bank (ANZ bank). The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to your browser. These secure processes provide you with peace of mind when purchasing online. About Paypal

For customers within Australia, prices are inclusive of GST. 

For customers outside of Australia, please see our international customers page.

Shipping

We ship Australia wide and to most countries worldwide by airmail. We normally use Australia post as our carrier.  Fully insured shipping is provided for all orders. 

All products that are displayed on our site are in stock. This means you will get your order quickly as we can ship immediately. Some sellers sell stock they don't have. They then need to order the stock in or manufacturer the product before they can fulfil your order. This can add 3 days to 4 weeks onto their delivery times.

Most orders are dispatched the same day or the next working day. All items are packed well to prevent breakage.

Within Australia: 2-5 working days
New Zealand: 3-7 working days
Outside of Australia: 7-12 working days (normally quicker)

Delivery times can be longer during holiday periods.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product so we offer a 30 day hassle free guarantee and a 3 month manufacturer’s defect guarantee.

If you not satisfied with your item for any reason, we will refund the item sale price.  We don’t charge re-stocking fees but we are unable to refund the original or return freight cost. If the item has a manufacturer’s defect, as assessed by us within the warranty period, we will either; repair the item, replace the item, issue a store credit or offer a refund.

How to Return an Item

Please log onto your account and then select the item to be returned.  Once you have completed the return request form we will email you further instructions to complete the return (normally within 24 hrs). You can log onto your account here.

Items returned without a “returns number (RMA number)” will be returned to sender.
